No, it's not. Aren't we kinda the ones who decide ourselves if we want to go on a roleplaying high or not? Feeling like it is one thing, but actually doing it is another. I'm not forcing anyone to participate or anything but it would be nice if we could brush off the dust, y'know?

Technically, the move here was after your authority was undermined. Also, you were "forced out of office", so to speak, by circumstances outside of your control. Thus, even though you agreed to come here, it wasn't really much of a choice. You were no longer our leader once we came here. The phrase I would use to describe it is what's left after a secession. Or maybe then they go bankrupt and join with the country that originally seceded.

She was honorably discharged/voluntarily retired even though the move here was inevitable.
She still gets pension checks from the Administration Panel.
