First Break of NEXT GEN

'Ho yeah.

Emily and Victor and all the other characters that the author roleplays with came out to the Great Hall next morning in full uniform, ready for the first day of the rest of their lives.

Leah entered the Great Hall with Matilda, the two chatting away about their common rooms and such.

"... And there's like, this painting in the room and it's really weird. But the place is really cozy,"

Caroline, the next morning, was all gussied up in her uniform. She caught sight of Matilda, and since she was the only friendly person she had talked to, Caroline walked up to her and Leah. "Hey Matilda. Um, I haven't seen your friend before. I'm Caroline."

"... we're in the basement, and the windows are this weird green color..." Matilda had been telling Leah when Caroline walked up. She cut herself off mid-sentence to say hi to Caroline. "Hey, Caroline. That's Leah, my cousin," Matilda informed her whilst straightening up her Slytherin tie. She'd been told that first impressions were always the most important and all that, blah blah blah, so today she was looking rather proper.

"Hi, Leah. Okay, so this morning I woke up at four AM. Four! You know why? Because my stupid cat had jumped on my head."

"I don't like cats," Matilda said bluntly. "They're too pompous and annoying. And why didn't you go back to sleep?"

"The sun was rising. It was fun to watch, though it took forever." She shrugged. "Plus, my dad used to get me up early to do training, so I'm used to it."
